What makes your process different from hiring a freelance copywriter?
The main difference is the structured brief and the annotated draft. Most freelancers start writing quickly and the revisions happen around tone and phrasing. We start with a documented research process and deliver drafts that explain every structural choice, so feedback is about strategy rather than taste. Projects also come with a handover package, not just the copy file.
Do you write in French as well?
Our primary output is English. The French Localisation add-on applies our strategy and messaging framework to French-language copy, working with a certified native copywriter. For fully bilingual projects, contact us to discuss a custom scope.
How detailed does the brief need to be?
The more detailed the better, but the discovery session is designed to extract what you cannot articulate in writing. We send a brief template after booking. A strong brief is the single biggest determinant of first-draft quality.
What revision rounds are included?
The Essential package includes 2 rounds, Momentum includes 3 per deliverable, and Full Stack includes unlimited rounds. Additional rounds can be purchased as add-ons before project start.
How long before I see results from a LinkedIn ghostwriting retainer?
LinkedIn authority builds over time. Most clients see meaningful inbound (mentions, connection requests, DMs with intent) by month 3-4. The voice capture and calibration period in months 1-2 is when the content starts to sound truly personal rather than generated.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, an NDA is included as standard in the Full Stack package and is available on request for other packages. Our standard Terms of Service include a mutual confidentiality clause covering all client materials.
What file formats do you deliver in?
Standard delivery is Google Doc with comments enabled. We can also deliver in Word (.docx), PDF, or plain text depending on your workflow. For SaaS microcopy, we can deliver in a structured format (JSON or CSV) suitable for direct import.
Can I start with one service and expand later?
Absolutely. Many clients start with the Essential package to see how we work before moving to Momentum or Full Stack. Prior clients get preference in scheduling and a credit toward subsequent projects.
