These Terms form a binding agreement between CopywriterAssistant (registered in France, 14 Allee du Mouille-Pied, 35510 Cesson-Sevigne) referred to as "we" or "us", and the individual or entity placing an order referred to as "Client".
CopywriterAssistant provides English-language strategic copywriting services including SaaS onboarding copy, email drip sequences, content marketing strategy, homepage and landing copy, LinkedIn ghostwriting, and fundraising copy. All services are delivered digitally.
Orders are placed through our package builder and completed via Stripe Checkout. Full payment is required before work begins. Prices are in euros (EUR) and exclude applicable VAT unless stated.
Work begins within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation and receipt of a completed project brief. The Client must submit a brief within 7 business days. Orders without a brief after 30 days may be treated as abandoned.
Revision rounds are included as specified in the selected package. Each round consists of consolidated written feedback and one revised deliverable in response.
The Client agrees to provide accurate brief information, respond to feedback within 7 business days, and notify CopywriterAssistant of scope changes before work begins on a new stage.
Upon full payment, the Client receives full ownership of all final delivered copy. CopywriterAssistant retains the right to reference the project type (not content) in portfolio materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All client materials are treated as confidential. NDA is available on request and included as standard in the Full Stack package.
Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for that specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Rennes, France.
