1. Our approach
We deliver copy that meets the agreed brief. The structured revision process exists to resolve gaps. If delivery materially fails to address the agreed brief after all included revision rounds, we will resolve the situation.
2. Situations where a refund may apply
- The delivered copy materially fails to address the brief as submitted and all revision rounds are used without resolution.
- CopywriterAssistant is unable to deliver due to circumstances on our side.
- The Client has not submitted a brief within 30 days of purchase and has not contacted us to arrange an extension.
3. Non-refundable situations
- The Client changed project scope or goals after work began.
- All revision rounds were used and the copy addresses the original brief.
- Delays caused by the Client failing to provide required information or feedback.
- The Client has published, used, or distributed the delivered copy.
- Dissatisfaction with creative direction where the copy meets the agreed brief.
4. How to request
Email hello@copywriterassistant.com within 14 days of final delivery with your order reference and explanation. We respond within 5 business days.
5. Processing
Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your card issuer.
