Five documented stages. From discovery to handover package.

Discovery Session

Before anything gets written, we map your audience, your offer, the gap between the two, and the specific outcome the copy needs to produce. This is not a sales call -- it is a working session that produces a shared brief we both sign off on.

Audience & Competitor Research

We study how your target audience describes the problem you solve -- in reviews, in communities, in their own words. We look at what your competitors are saying and find the angle they are leaving open. All of this shapes the copy before a word gets written.

Annotated First Draft

The draft arrives annotated. Every structural choice -- every headline angle, every CTA, every transition -- has a note explaining the strategic reasoning. Feedback is more useful when you know what you are responding to.

Structured Revision Rounds

Feedback in, revised draft out. No real-time editing sessions that lose track of what changed. Consolidated feedback per round means each version is coherent, not a patchwork of partial responses.

Handover Package

The final delivery includes the copy, a usage guide covering how to adapt it across channels, and notes on what to test first. Not just the deliverable but the context to use it properly.
