"Most copywriting projects fail not because the writing is bad, but because the brief did not ask the right questions."

SaaS onboarding rewrite that reduced 7-day churn by 31%
A project management tool had a 42% drop-off in the first seven days. Analytics showed most users never completed the second step of onboarding. The problem was not the product -- it was the language. Empty state messages were technical, tooltips were generic, and the first email felt like a system notification rather than a welcome. We rewrote the entire onboarding flow with outcome-focused microcopy, contextual guidance, and an email sequence that anticipated the friction points users actually hit. Seven-day churn dropped 31% in the first month.

B2B
Email drip sequence that shortened sales cycle from 90 to 54 days
A B2B software consultancy had a 90-day average sales cycle. Their existing email nurture had a 9% open rate and no click data worth measuring. We audited the existing sequence, mapped the actual decision stages their buyers went through, and rebuilt a 10-email sequence around those stages. Open rate climbed to 38%. Average sales cycle dropped to 54 days over the following quarter.

Grant application copy that secured 3 of 4 applications submitted
A social enterprise in the renewable energy education sector had submitted four grant applications in two years, with no success. Their technical credentials were strong; the narrative was not. We rewrote their case for support, rebuilt the impact measurement section, and aligned the application language to the specific criteria of each funder. Of the next four applications, three were funded. Total awarded: over 280,000 euros.

What clients say

Feedback when the
copy is already live.

The annotated draft was something I had never seen before. Every structural decision came with an explanation. Feedback meetings went from hour-long arguments to fifteen-minute alignment calls.

J. Fournier
Head of Product, SaaS Startup

Sales cycle went from 90 days to 54. I know the email sequence was not the only variable, but the open rate going from 9% to 38% tells you something. The copy was doing nothing before.

MD
M. Delacroix
Sales Director, B2B Software

Three of four grant applications funded. Our credentials had not changed. The way we described our work had. That is the whole story.

CM
C. Moreau
Director, Social Enterprise

LinkedIn posts done consistently, in my voice, every month. I have had two podcast invitations and a speaking slot from posts that went out. The ghostwriting process was surprisingly painless.

FAQ

Common questions.

What makes your process different from hiring a freelance copywriter?
The main difference is the structured brief and the annotated draft. Most freelancers start writing quickly and the revisions happen around tone and phrasing. We start with a documented research process and deliver drafts that explain every structural choice, so feedback is about strategy rather than taste. Projects also come with a handover package, not just the copy file.
Do you write in French as well?
Our primary output is English. The French Localisation add-on applies our strategy and messaging framework to French-language copy, working with a certified native copywriter. For fully bilingual projects, contact us to discuss a custom scope.
How detailed does the brief need to be?
The more detailed the better, but the discovery session is designed to extract what you cannot articulate in writing. We send a brief template after booking. A strong brief is the single biggest determinant of first-draft quality.
What revision rounds are included?
The Essential package includes 2 rounds, Momentum includes 3 per deliverable, and Full Stack includes unlimited rounds. Additional rounds can be purchased as add-ons before project start.
