2. Data we collect

We collect information you provide via our contact form, package builder, and checkout: name, email address, phone number, country, company name, and project notes. Server logs collect IP addresses, browser types, and pages visited automatically.

3. How we use it

• To respond to inquiries and deliver purchased services.
• To process payments through Stripe (our payment processor).
• To send order confirmations and project communications.
• To comply with French and EU legal and tax obligations.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

We process data under: contractual necessity (service delivery), legitimate interest (inquiry responses), and legal obligation (tax compliance). Consent is used where required by applicable law.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share limited data with Stripe Inc. for payment processing. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. All third-party processors operate under data processing agreements.

Stripe processes data in the United States under standard contractual clauses. By using our checkout, you acknowledge this transfer.

Transaction data is retained for 10 years under French tax law. Contact form data from non-purchasers is retained for 12 months.
